Były nominacje, a więc teraz czas na nagrody. Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences nagrodziło największą liczbą statuetek LittleBigPlanet. Gra wygrała w ośmiu z dziesięciu nominacji jakie otrzymała, również w kategorii gry roku. Po dwie nagrody uzyskało Left 4 Dead oraz Fallout 3, a po jednej zdobyły Braid, World of Goo i God of War: Chains of Olympus. Czy nagrody przyznano słusznie?
